Refund Policy

Not happy with your first purchase? Email hello@photounfade.com within 7 days and we refund it in full. You don't need to explain why, and we won't try to talk you out of it. Refunds are processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.

Failed restorations

If a restoration fails on our side (an error, a timeout, a damaged output), your credit is refunded automatically and instantly — you never pay for our mistakes. You don't need to contact anyone for this.

Subscription cancellations

Cancel anytime in one click. You keep access and unused credits until the end of the period you paid for. We do not do weekly auto-renewals or hidden trial-to-paid conversions, and we send a receipt for every charge.

Quality expectations

AI restoration quality depends heavily on input quality and damage severity (see our Terms, section 7). That's exactly why we give 3 free restorations before any purchase — so you can judge the results on your photos first. If paid results still disappoint you, the 7-day guarantee applies regardless.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us first — we genuinely do refund without drama. Filing a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute resolves.
